Payment is always due in full at the time of service; Regular services must be pre-paid either monthly or bi-monthly. Our minimum is 4 hours per cleaning.

Depending on the nature of the work to be completed, we reserve the right to require 50% of the payment due prior to beginning the work. We reserve the right to discontinue service if payment is not met.
Standards of Respect and Professional Conduct for Our Clients
We treat each and every client with the upmost respect and professionalism, and we expect the same in return from our clients. Despite the humble nature of the services we provide, we will not tolerate nor will we allow any abuse or harassment, be it verbal or otherwise. This includes but is not limited to threats, blatant expressions of bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred or excessive profanity. We are committed to helping our clients if a problem should arise, but if the client becomes disrespectful or abusive, any and all services we provide will be terminated immediately.
Access to the house must be given to our staff (keys/alarm code). Scheduled services that cannot be rendered because the staff is unable to enter the premises will still be charged to the client.
Illness in Your Household
If a member of your family is going to be present during a cleaning and is sick with a contagious illness, please be considerate and call to reschedule your cleaning appointment to the day after the illness has past.
We do not expect nor require tips, but if you feel the need to show your cleaning service provider how much you appreciate them, you could write them a simple thank you note or you could extend your gratitude personally with a simple thank you. Also, if you would like to put in a good word regarding that person's work, we will make sure to give them the recognition they deserve during our next team meeting.
We will have to collect certain items of information from you such as: Name, address, telephone number, email address, etc. We do not require, and therefore store, any client credit card or bank account information within our company. The information you provide us with will be encrypted using 256 byte encryption software for maximum security and will NEVER be released, sold, or lent to anyone. The only exception we will make to this policy is if we need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our website.

Please note that your personal information will be stored in a single computer in the United States under a physical firewall included with our router and a firewall incorporated into our state of the art security suite software (which we keep up to date at all times). The computer is not only password protected but no one except the owners of the company have access to the computer. In addition, we encrypt all files retaining any of your personal information using 256 byte encryption software for extra security.
Feedback and Surveys
In order to maintain and improve our superior standards of quality and service we will occasionally send out emails to our clients inviting them to participate in brief surveys or invite them to provide us with feedback regarding their experience with East End Green Clean. Naturally, your participation is completely voluntarily and you can choose to include as much or as little information as you deem necessary.
We are committed to maintaining open ways of communication with all our clients at all times. Whether it is to request a service or in regards to an issue, we will reply via phone or email as soon as we possibly can.
Temporary Suspension of Services
In the event that your home or office has to be left unoccupied for an extended period of time, we request that you schedule your cleaning service prior to your departure. This way we ensure you have a chance to review our work.
For our own safety we reserve the right to wear shoes and gloves while in your home. We also reserve the right to determine what is safe and unsafe when it comes to the use of ladders or other such equipment in order to access hard to reach areas. Thank you for your understanding.
On a yearly basis we will evaluate the current financial situation of the economy and our company, at which point, we reserve the right to increase our fees according to the demands of the market and/or the needs of our company.
From time to time we may have to change or supplement the policies presented here. We reserve the right to make such changes as we deem appropriate and necessary. If we consider these changes to be substantial we will notify you by way of announcement on our homepage.
